Orders & Confirmations

All orders are confirmed only after you receive a WhatsApp confirmation from our team. Prices shown are the final discounted selling prices subject to stock availability. Minimum order value: ₹3,000.

Delivery

Local delivery only. Confirm location on WhatsApp. Delivery charges and timelines are confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Payments

Payment is collected by cash or UPI at confirmation / delivery. No advance is required unless agreed otherwise.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or defective items can be reported within 24 hours of delivery; replacements are provided subject to verification. Fireworks, being perishable and safety-sensitive, are not returnable once opened.

Safety & Usage

Crackers must be used only under adult supervision, in open spaces, and as per the instructions on the label. The shop is not responsible for misuse.
